Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions for defense and security clients, driving architecture, integration, and best‑practice implementation across public‑sector projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical architecture of end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet client business objectives and security standards.
- Design and implement custom Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns with external systems and government platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional consulting teams to translate functional requirements into robust, maintainable technical designs.
- Establish governance, coding standards, and best practices for Salesforce development and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions, preferably in the public sector or defense domain.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration frameworks (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and scalability principles within Salesforce and related platforms (e.g., Heroku, Experience Cloud).
- Proven consulting experience with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent.
