Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, architecting scalable, secure integrations and customizations using Apex, Lightning, and REST APIs to streamline business processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into scalable, secure technical designs.
- Lead development of custom Apex logic, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages, ensuring code quality and performance.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, and middleware such as MuleSoft or custom adapters.
- Define data models, security models, and deployment pipelines, leveraging CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX.
- Mentor and coach development teams, establishing best practices for architecture, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, manage technical debt, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and governance within Salesforce.
- Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce DX, and DevOps tooling (Git, Jenkins, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
