Are you the person clients trust to understand their business before you ever open a laptop? Do you have a gift for translating messy nonprofit processes into clean, scalable Salesforce solutions? Can you lead a technical team, hold people accountable, and still walk into a discovery session and run it yourself?
If so, we want to talk. DB Services and Mission In Motion are looking for a Salesforce Team Lead who leads from the front — managing delivery, owning client relationships, and bringing enough technical fluency to guide a team of developers without needing to be the one writing the code every day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, manage, and hold the Salesforce team accountable to quality, timelines, and client outcomes
- Partner with Project Managers to oversee deliverables across a portfolio of active engagements
- Own client-facing discovery and requirements sessions — ask the right questions, document what matters, and translate business needs into executable Salesforce solutions
- Architect Salesforce solutions for prospective and existing clients, balancing configuration and customization appropriately
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level Salesforce consultants and developers
- Lead innovation on the team: adopt new platform capabilities, set standards, enforce best practices
- Oversee sales initiatives with existing clients and consult them toward value-added outcomes
- Demo completed work during iteration meetings and communicate value clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain accurate time tracking and enforce delivery discipline across the team
- Acquire and maintain Salesforce certifications; stay current on platform updates and nonprofit ecosystem trends
