About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements for aged care services.
- Lead design workshops, gather functional requirements, and translate them into scalable technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain Apex code, Lightning components, and custom integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, EHR).
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and adoption of Salesforce best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or senior developer in a complex domain.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning, and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and governance within Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Platform Developer II are highly desirable.
