We're looking for a Solutions Architect focused on designing and building scalable technical solutions. This lead role requires 9+ years of relevant experience.

- Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for FSC implementations.
- Design scalable solutions leveraging FSC and OmniStudio capabilities.
- Lead architecture workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams.
- Support project estimation, solution roadmap development, and design reviews.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Hands-on experience with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture.
- Experience designing REST, SOAP, and event-driven integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce security architecture.
- Experience with enterprise data modeling and governance.
- Background in banking, insurance, wealth management, or lending domains.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (a Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus).
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
- Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant
