Design and lead end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, translating complex business requirements into scalable, well‑architected systems while guiding developers and stakeholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of Salesforce solutions spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable data models, process flows, and integration strategies.
- Define and enforce standards for Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs) to guarantee performance, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor development teams, conduct design reviews, and provide guidance on configuration, customization, and deployment pipelines.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging Salesforce features, tools, and industry trends, and incorporating them into the solution roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions, with deep expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Proven track record architecting integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, data modeling, security, and governance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in Agile environments and communicating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) preferred.
