Lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions for federal health initiatives, leveraging deep architecture expertise, integration strategies, and agile practices to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions that meet federal health compliance and security requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and IT operations to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Define integration patterns with external systems (e.g., HL7, FHIR, legacy ERP) and oversee implementation.
- Guide and mentor development teams on best practices, coding standards, and deployment pipelines.
- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance tuning to ensure scalability and reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex, regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features (Lightning, Flow, Apex, API, Data Management).
- Proven experience with integration technologies (MuleSoft, REST, SOAP) and cloud security practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent are highly desirable.
