About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Service Cloud usage data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Support) to define and prioritize feature backlog.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau to provide real‑time insights to stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and test plans.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to validate new features and optimizations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product analysis or business analysis within Salesforce environments.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building Tableau dashboards.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an Agile team.
