About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Salesforce Service Cloud ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business strategy and global standards.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven features using Apex, Flow, and Process Builder to enhance customer support workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Service Cloud with external systems, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
- Lead data governance, security, and compliance initiatives within the Salesforce platform.
- Mentor and coach internal stakeholders on best practices, enabling self‑service and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud domain lead or senior consultant.
- Strong technical background in Apex, Flow, Process Builder, and integration patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML capabilities within Salesforce (Einstein, custom models).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Platform Developer II preferred.
