Software Engineer
Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, building Apex logic, Lightning Web Components, and automated flows while integrating external systems via APIs and supporting deployments and production issues.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Service Cloud features such as Cases, Omni‑Channel, Knowledge, and automated Flows.
- Write robust Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components to meet functional requirements.
- Configure process automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
- Implement and maintain integrations with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support deployment pipelines, perform bug fixes, and provide production support.
- Collaborate with solution architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, performant solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
- Strong understanding of API integration patterns and experience with REST/SOAP services.
- Experience with version control, CI/CD processes, and deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, SFDX).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
