Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions tailored to insurance business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead functional workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable configurations and integrations.
- Implement Generative AI and advanced analytics to enhance underwriting, claims, and customer engagement workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data science, design, engineering) to deliver innovative digital products.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, performance tuning, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience in the insurance sector.
- Deep expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud implementations.
- Proven track record of integrating AI/ML capabilities into Salesforce platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and relevant insurance domain credentials preferred.
