About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce data integrity, ensuring accurate revenue tracking and reporting.
- Develop and automate revenue-related workflows using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder to streamline sales operations.
- Design and produce dashboards and reports in Tableau and Salesforce Reports to provide real‑time visibility into pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to define data requirements, reconcile data sources, and support cross‑functional initiatives.
- Analyze trends, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to enhance revenue accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or revenue operations roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Hands‑on experience building automation in Salesforce (Flow, Process Builder, Apex if applicable).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for continuous process improvement.
