About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for AI-powered voice agents using the Agentforce Testing Center and Service Cloud Voice.
- Develop automated test scripts and frameworks (e.g., Python, Selenium) to validate real‑time voice interactions and reasoning capabilities.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing on Salesforce integrations and voice workflows.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to drive rapid resolution.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, metrics, and reporting dashboards for continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on QA experience with Salesforce platforms and 1+ year with Agentforce or similar voice testing tools.
- Proficiency in test automation using Python or comparable scripting languages.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to voice agents, including prompt evaluation and natural language processing.
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce services.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
