About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce modules including Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue Cloud, and custom applications.
- Design and maintain test environments, manage test data, and coordinate with development teams to ensure readiness.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing, identifying defects and validating fixes.
- Automate repetitive test scenarios using Selenium and Playwright, enhancing test coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in Salesforce environments.
- Proficient in Selenium and Playwright for test automation.
- Strong understanding of Service Cloud functionality and Salesforce best practices.
- Experience with test management tools and continuous integration pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
