Key Responsibilities
- Design, write, and execute detailed test cases and scripts based on business requirements and user stories for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce implementations, ensuring defect‑free releases.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and customers to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
- Leverage automation testing tools and frameworks to increase test coverage and efficiency.
- Document test results, track defects, and provide clear communication on quality status.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer with deep knowledge of Salesforce testing.
- Strong manual testing skills with a detail‑oriented approach.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar).
- Experience in UAT and integration testing within Salesforce environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
