About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce implementation, configuration, and integration projects for clients and internal teams.
- Define project scope, create detailed roadmaps, and manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication between Salesforce developers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to align deliverables with business objectives.
- Track project progress, produce status reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including configuration, integration, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
