About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components to meet evolving business requirements.
- Apply a configuration‑first approach, leveraging declarative tools before custom code.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado, ensuring smooth deployments across environments.
- Write comprehensive unit tests, achieve required coverage, and work with the DevOps team to debug and remediate defects.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, deployment guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform, specifically Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency with Copado or similar CI/CD tools for Salesforce release management.
- Strong understanding of unit testing best practices and ability to achieve high code coverage.
- Experience collaborating with DevOps teams to diagnose and resolve integration and deployment issues.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
