Senior Salesforce Production Support Engineer responsible for 24/7 incident resolution across Sales, Service, and Health Clouds, leveraging deep expertise in configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, Flow, integrations, and reporting to meet strict SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Sales, Service, and Health Cloud applications, ensuring rapid incident resolution and minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Flow, and implement effective fixes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and end users to gather requirements, analyze root causes, and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Maintain and enhance reports, dashboards, and integrations to support business operations and data integrity.
- Document incident details, workarounds, and permanent fixes in knowledge bases for future reference.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce production support and development experience across Sales, Service, and Health Clouds.
- Proficient in configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Flow, integrations, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills with a proactive approach to incident management.
- Platform Developer I certification (or higher) preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to incidents outside regular business hours.
