Lead the design and delivery of municipal Salesforce solutions, shaping architecture, data models, integrations, and security while guiding teams through OmniStudio, declarative and custom development choices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical solution design for municipal Salesforce implementations across 311, permitting, inspections, public works, and asset management.
- Define scalable data models, integration patterns, automation strategies, security architecture, and platform configurations.
- Drive architectural decisions on OmniStudio vs Screen Flows, declarative vs custom development, and managed package vs custom build.
- Guide developers, review implementation quality, and support QA, UAT, and risk identification.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Principal Consultant or similar senior role.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integration, security, and automation.
- Proficiency with OmniStudio, Flow, Apex, Lightning, and related declarative tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
