Software Engineer
Provide production support for a large, federated Salesforce ecosystem, troubleshooting issues, maintaining integrations, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incident resolution and ongoing support of a multi‑tenant Salesforce environment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and remediate platform issues, including Apex code errors, Lightning component failures, and data integrity problems.
- Maintain and enhance integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring reliable data flow and synchronization.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to implement fixes, apply patches, and roll out configuration changes.
- Monitor system health, generate performance reports, and recommend optimizations to improve reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce in a production support or operations role.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Experience designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting REST/SOAP integrations.
- Ability to work across multiple federated product teams, prioritize incidents, and communicate technical details to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles, change set deployment, and best practices for security and data governance.
