Lead the design, development and delivery of advanced Salesforce solutions, driving platform strategy and integration across the organization while mentoring a high‑performing team.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components and custom integrations.
- Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews and mentorship.
- Collaborate with product, operations and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust platform enhancements.
- Ensure best practices in security, performance and maintainability across all Salesforce deployments.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling and automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning, and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and data migration.
- Proven leadership experience managing a technical team in an Agile environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality, user‑centric solutions.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Platform App Builder are a plus.
