Salesforce Platform Engineer - Booz Allen Hamilton

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to ensure high quality and maintainability.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning, and integration patterns.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
