Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce CPQ and related Quote‑to‑Cash processes for a complex B2B/B2C sales organization, driving efficiency and accuracy through advanced platform engineering.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, configure, and maintain Salesforce CPQ to support end‑to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash workflows across B2B and B2C channels.
- Develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components to extend platform functionality and automate business logic.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, billing, and analytics) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform performance tuning, data migration, and continuous improvement of CPQ rules, pricing models, and discount structures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Platform development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
- Strong understanding of Quote‑to‑Cash processes, pricing strategies, and B2B/B2C sales cycles.
- Experience with API integrations, data migration, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
