Business Analyst who bridges stakeholders and technical teams to deliver banking and lending solutions on the Salesforce nCino platform, handling requirements, user stories, and UAT.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking and lending stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing, creating test scripts, tracking defects, and ensuring successful sign‑off.
- Analyze and optimize banking and lending workflows using the nCino suite on Salesforce.
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert for the nCino platform, providing guidance during design discussions and training sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce, preferably with nCino implementations.
- Strong understanding of banking, lending, and loan origination processes.
- Hands‑on experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing UAT cycles.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.
