Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, driving architecture, code quality, and integration across the organization using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and SOQL.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable Salesforce applications, including Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning components.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong Apex and Lightning expertise.
- Proficient in Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
