About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and lead end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions for large enterprises.
- Manage full lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
- Integrate Salesforce with core systems such as Oracle and SAP using middleware and APIs.
- Execute complex data migrations and ETL processes, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Mentor and guide a distributed development team within a global delivery model.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning components.
- At least 3 years leading enterprise‑scale Salesforce implementations serving 300+ users.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and using integration tools like Informatica Cloud.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex data migration/ETL projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate across global teams.
