Design and lead enterprise‑scale Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, defining architecture, integration, and security strategies to deliver a high‑performing, compliant healthcare platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision for Salesforce Health Cloud, aligning architecture with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Design end‑to‑end solutions including data models, security frameworks, and integration patterns using MuleSoft, FHIR/HL7, and other healthcare standards.
- Lead a team of developers and consultants, providing guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components, and best‑practice development processes.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, governance, and performance‑monitoring practices to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product owners, clinicians, and IT stakeholders to translate complex healthcare workflows into robust Salesforce configurations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration tools (MuleSoft, APIs).
- Deep understanding of healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7, and HIPAA compliance.
- Proven ability to design data models, security models, and governance frameworks for large‑scale, mission‑critical platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of guiding cross‑functional teams.
