Salesforce Functional Application Analyst - Order Fulfillment & Integrations - Trimble

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the functional lead for Salesforce Order Fulfillment, gathering and documenting detailed business requirements.
• Translate high‑level solution designs into clear, executable functional specifications and data‑mapping documents.
• Collaborate with development, integration, and operations teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end order processing across systems.
• Validate solution designs against business goals, perform gap analysis, and recommend enhancements.
• Support testing activities, including creating test cases, reviewing results, and facilitating user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably in order management or logistics domains.
• Strong expertise in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and creating detailed specifications.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware) and data mapping techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments and deliver scalable solutions.
