About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the functional lead for Salesforce billing and downstream integration projects, converting high‑level monetization designs into detailed, scalable configurations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, document, and validate requirements for billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes.
- Design and maintain data models, integration mappings, and workflow automations using Salesforce declarative tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform functional testing, UAT support, and issue resolution to ensure accurate end‑to‑end billing flows.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and related billing platforms, guiding best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands‑on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably with Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or Billing implementations.
- Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating functional needs into technical specifications.
- Proficiency in designing integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware) and data mapping between Salesforce and external billing/ERP systems.
- Experience with declarative configuration, workflow automation, and data modeling in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with revenue operations, finance, and engineering teams.
