About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, including Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning components, to support fundraising workflows.
- Implement data models and integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring data integrity and real‑time synchronization.
- Optimize performance of large data sets using SOQL best practices, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and data science teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to uphold high quality and maintainability standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Hands‑on experience with SOQL, SOSL, and data modeling in Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of REST/SOAP API integration patterns and security best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
