We are an 'early stage' pre-money nonprofit/ tech startup preparing for a proof-of-concept launch / seed-raise looking to recruit VOLUNTEERS as SF Donor and Volunteer Management App Setup Specialist.

We are seeking a certified Salesforce professional to assist with the setup and configuration of a donor and volunteer management app within Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. This role involves customizing the platform to track donations, manage volunteer activities, ensure a smooth implementation of the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), and integrate with our existing systems to support our nonprofit's mission.
Responsibilities:
Set up and configure a donor and volunteer management app within Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
Ensure a smooth implementation of the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
Customize fields, workflows, and reports to meet our specific needs.
Integrate the app with existing tools and data systems.
Train staff on using the app effectively for managing donor and volunteer information.
Ensure data security and compliance with nonprofit standards.
Required Experience:
Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant).
Experience with setting up donor and volunteer management solutions.
Strong understanding of nonprofit operations, donor relations, and volunteer management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Team players with a desire to learn, iterate and move quickly
Familiarity with Agile frameworks is a plus
Ability to attend weekly standup meeting (conference call with desktop/ laptop access for screen sharing)
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
HealthTech experience is a plus

Hours per week: Approximately 4 to 8+ (can be adjusted as per volunteer availability)
