Devops Engineer
Salesforce DevOps Engineer responsible for Tier 2 support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of CRM functionality using Salesforce, Apex, Lightning, and ServiceNow, while implementing CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day Tier 2 support for Salesforce CRM, troubleshooting incidents and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
- Manage and update ServiceNow tickets, maintaining accurate documentation and tracking resolution progress.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments, integrating Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
- Analyze system performance, recommend enhancements, and drive continuous improvement of user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce administration, Apex, and Lightning development.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and version control (Git).
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ticketing and incident management.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Effective communication skills in a fast‑paced environment.
