About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Apex.
- Implement and optimize Process Builder, Flow, and other click‑not‑code solutions to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to review code, ensure best practices, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Manage data migration and synchronization tasks, leveraging SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Participate in A/B testing and performance tuning of Salesforce features.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience with Salesforce development, including Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Apex.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, Ajax.
- Hands‑on experience with Process Builder, Flow, and click‑not‑code automation.
- Solid understanding of database concepts (SQL and NoSQL).
- Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus.
