About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Implement and manage integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Build and configure OmniStudio components and Industry Cloud solutions to meet telecom‑specific business processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft or similar).
- Experience with Salesforce Industry Cloud, preferably in Telecom/Communications.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
