About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions focused on Field Service Lightning, ensuring performance, reliability, and optimal user experience.
- Implement custom Apex logic, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages to extend platform capabilities and meet business requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware, managing data flow and ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebase, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Field Service Lightning.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Proven track record of delivering high‑quality features in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a user‑centric approach to design.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across distributed teams.
