Salesforce Developer
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions for federal customers, handling Apex callouts, object mapping defects, and security configurations while collaborating in Agile teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Diagnose and resolve object‑mapping defects, permission‑set issues, and Named Credential configurations.
- Implement and validate REST API integrations and Apex callouts to external systems.
- Collaborate with consultants, administrators, and stakeholders in Agile sprints to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintain code quality, version control, and documentation while ensuring compliance with federal security standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL, REST APIs, and Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, Named Credentials).
- Experience working in Agile environments and using version‑control tools such as Git.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex defects, perform hot‑fixes, and conduct thorough testing.
- Understanding of federal compliance and security requirements is a plus.
