Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
Implement Agentforce AI‑driven automation to streamline case routing, knowledge recommendation, and agent assistance.
Integrate external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and MuleSoft to ensure seamless data flow.
Optimize performance, security, and scalability of CRM solutions, adhering to best practices and governance.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical designs and deliver high‑quality releases.

Requirements

3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
Proven expertise with Agentforce or similar AI‑driven automation platforms on Salesforce.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud data models and customization.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external services using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or higher) and a track record of delivering production‑ready solutions.
