About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design end‑to‑end Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Lead development of Apex code, Lightning components, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft) to extend platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical standards, review code, and mentor junior developers.
- Drive performance tuning, security hardening, and data migration strategies for large‑scale deployments.
- Act as the primary technical liaison with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning, and Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large‑scale, multi‑tenant Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, data modeling, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and influence technical teams.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent are highly desirable.
