Technical lead responsible for end‑to‑end design, development, and delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions for commercial banking onboarding and servicing, driving quality, automation, and internal expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions for commercial banking onboarding and servicing squads.
- Own code quality, testing strategy, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, repeatable releases.
- Mentor and up‑skill internal development teams, reducing reliance on external contractors.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and integration teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with banking operations.
- Drive Agile practices, sprint planning, and continuous improvement within the delivery squads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing on Salesforce, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Deep knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud configuration, customization, and best practices.
- Proven experience establishing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to lead technical teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring developers to build internal domain expertise.
