Experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to drive enterprise CRM transformation, focusing on Data 360 (Data Cloud) and OneCRM initiatives, delivering unified customer insights and streamlined processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce Data 360 and OneCRM implementations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design data models, integration flows, and reporting solutions that provide unified customer and commercial insights.
- Facilitate workshops, user story grooming, and sprint planning sessions within an Agile framework.
- Validate solution designs, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure seamless migration of legacy data into the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to end‑users and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects, preferably with Data Cloud or similar data‑centric solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, data integration patterns, and reporting tools within the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in gathering requirements, creating user stories, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Data Cloud) are a plus.
