Salesforce Business Analyst - Commerce Cloud - Daikin/Goodman Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Salesforce B2B Commerce and Experience Cloud, managing storefronts, catalogs, pricing, promotions, and self‑service account features.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for e‑commerce, dealer purchasing, and branch/kiosk ordering processes.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable Jira user stories with well‑defined acceptance criteria.
• Ensure seamless integration of commerce features with existing Salesforce and third‑party systems.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for commerce platform issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience administering Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with a track record of delivering detailed Jira stories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of B2B e‑commerce best practices and dealer workflows.
