Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and administer Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and support the design of data integration flows.
- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to align Salesforce capabilities with commodity sector workflows.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide sprint planning input, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator, with hands‑on configuration expertise.
- Strong analytical skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Familiarity with data integration concepts and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs).
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical details for business stakeholders.
