QA Engineer
Senior Salesforce Automation QA Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, ensuring end‑to‑end quality of Salesforce implementations using Selenium and API testing tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using Selenium and related frameworks.
- Execute comprehensive API tests to validate data integrity and integration points within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and work with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and best practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and automation testing.
- Proficiency with Selenium, Java/Python, and Salesforce testing tools (e.g., Provar, Workbench).
- Strong knowledge of API testing, REST/SOAP, and data validation techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus.
