Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, driving architecture, integration, and custom development using Apex, Lightning, and SOQL to meet enterprise business needs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical best practices.
- Design and develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components to extend platform functionality.
- Lead integration efforts with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Mentor and coach development teams on Salesforce architecture, coding standards, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience architecting and developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and integration patterns within Salesforce.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing in a Salesforce context.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
