About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect scalable Salesforce solutions, selecting the optimal mix of declarative (clicks) and programmatic (code) approaches.
- Lead technical design for data and process integrations, ensuring performance with high‑volume data sets and compliance with data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with agile development teams to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Serve as the final escalation point for production incidents, providing rapid root‑cause analysis and remediation.
- Mentor developers on best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce ecosystems.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data architecture, large‑scale data handling, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Proven track record working in Agile environments and guiding cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and time‑management skills.
