Salesforce Developer
Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions in an Agile Scrum environment, ensuring best‑practice architecture, integration, and performance across the platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide architectural leadership for Salesforce projects, translating business requirements into robust, maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to define technical feasibility and scope.
- Design and implement Apex, Lightning components, and REST/SOAP integrations, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Guide the team on performance optimization, security, and data model design.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect or senior developer with deep knowledge of the platform.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and hands‑on experience in a Scrum team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Platform Developer II are a plus.
