Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for a federal government client, driving architecture, integration, and security best practices across the platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and federal compliance standards.
- Design and develop Apex, Lightning components, and integration flows using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Lead data modeling, security, and governance strategies, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field‑level security.
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and automated testing.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and stakeholders, facilitating workshops and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience, with proven delivery on large‑scale projects.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of federal data security and compliance requirements is a plus.
