About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
- Define and enforce best practices for integration patterns, data modeling, and governance across Salesforce, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to architects, developers, and consultants on the platform.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise‑grade solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Proven track record of solution architecture, data modeling, and governance in multi‑tenant environments.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX) and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams.
