Design and lead end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions, defining architecture, integration patterns, and best practices while guiding development teams on Apex and Lightning technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Design integration strategies using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms to connect Salesforce with ERP, IoT, and AI systems.
- Lead the development of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and custom metadata solutions, establishing coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and DevOps to translate business requirements into robust, maintainable solutions.
- Mentor and coach development teams, conduct architecture reviews, and drive continuous improvement through CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and delivering large‑scale Salesforce solutions.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce data model.
- Proven experience with integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, or similar) and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, security models, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.
