About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end‑to‑end billing and downstream integration solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability and alignment with global quote‑to‑cash strategies.
- Translate complex monetization and financial models into functional specifications, data models, and Apex/Lightning implementations.
- Define integration patterns using REST, SOAP, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) to connect Salesforce with ERP, payment gateways, and other downstream systems.
- Collaborate with product owners, finance, and engineering teams to prioritize features, manage technical debt, and drive continuous improvement.
- Establish best practices, governance, and documentation for billing processes, data security, and compliance across multiple regions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing large‑scale Salesforce solutions, with a focus on billing, CPQ, or revenue management.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP integration techniques.
- Proven track record of architecting complex integration flows between Salesforce and external ERP/payment systems.
- Deep understanding of quote‑to‑cash processes, financial data modeling, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
